1: “.....，对吗”
“.....，对吗” is a question showing that the questioner actually has already formed an opinion, and the purpose of asking is to confirm his/her opinion. The answer is supposed to be “对，.....” or “不(是)，.....”.
For example:
林娜，今天 是 你 的 生日，对 吗？
Lin na, Today is your birthday, isn't it?
对，对，今天 是 我 的 生日。
Yes, yes, today is my birthday.
2: “怎么样？”
“怎么样”, used at the end of a sentence, can be separated from the previous sentence by a comma. It indicates the questioner is asking for an apinion. To give a positive answer, one can say “好” or “行”,etc.
